Pete's Subs

"I haven't been here in almost 10 years and let me say, that's changing immediately. The inside has doubled in size since I was last there and there is now a decent amount of tables to eat. I tried their pork roll egg and cheese sub and it was fantastic. Everybody at the store was super nice and friendly, it made for a great experience."

"Had the cheesesteak with extra meat, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, onions. Agree with the other reviewer that some seasoning on the meat would help but it was still tasty. Fries were delicious. My wife's Meatball Parm sub was REALLY good. Going with that next time!"

"My expectations were set way too high for this place. I remember when this place first opened, the t-shirts they made were very controversial to some. The shirt said "you wouldn't let Michael Jackson watch your kids, why would you let a pizza place make your sub?". Everyone told me to get the meatball sub, so I did. I think I pinched a nerve shrugging at the mediocrity of the sub. I heard such praise but was disappointed. Meatballs were big, sauce was good but was dumped on top, nearly impossible to eat without looking like Carrie in the gymnasium scene. Soggy soggy soggy. There's no chance of eating this without it turning to mush. Meatballs had no flavor and were grey. Was it a chicken meatball? Was this an off day? I could see people loving it but I'd rather have quality over quantity, big isn't always better. For me it was a Mic Dundee, better than average with a 6.5."

"This is my first time eating Pete's subs, And I gotta say it is very delicious, I'm eating my cheesesteak and it is scrumptious!!! When she wrote down my order, it didn't get back to the grill for like 20 minutes, she figure what she did with my order and gave me a big bag of chips and two Dole lemonades, Very grateful and I think I'm gonna start going here from now on"

"Ordered from this place 1 time years ago. Wasn't great. Didn't order for years. Recently been giving another chance. First few times were great. Now last two times not so great. Very inconsistent. You have to call a million times for someone to answer and most of the time they just hang up the phone on you. SMH"
